What am I actually buying?

A premium cap, and a reminder... Paul called salvation a helmet (Ephesians 6:17) because it goes on your head, and your head is where the real battle happens: the fear, the shame, the thought: “am I even saved?” This hat is the reminder that Jesus didn't fail on the cross. That no matter how loud the thoughts are, His Word never changes.

I’ve bought Christian apparel before and it didn’t really change anything. How is this different?

The job the hat does for you: an external reminder at the point of attack that keeps bringing you back to one settled fact - it is finished, His grip not yours.

What no piece of apparel can ever do: pretend to promise change. True change comes from your personal relationship with God, trusting His finished work and His Word.

Isn’t wearing your faith kind of performative?

Our intention is for the hat to be a reminder of what God already did and said about us. We are saved, righteous, perfected, justified. Not by our works or performance. By His. Putting it on is telling yourself and the world: "regardless of what I may or may not feel about myself, here's what God says about me"

What do you actually believe? Where do you stand theologically?

We hold one clear lane: grace alone, the finished work of Jesus, and the security of the believer. You are not saved by your grip on Jesus, you are saved by His grip on you. Assurance was never meant to rise and fall with your performance, your thoughts or your feelings; it rests on what He already finished. We hold this conviction warmly, never as a fight. If it’s the truth your heart has been reaching for, you’re home here. If you see it differently, we bless you - we’re simply built for the burned-out believer who needs to hear it’s done.

Aren’t you just monetizing the gospel?

Fair question, and we’ll be straight with you: the gospel is free, it always will be. The hat is a reminder, not the treasure. We make a physical object, we charge a fair price for quality you can feel, and we never pretend the fabric saves anyone. Jesus does. The hat is just your friendly reminder that He finished the work.

What’s the quality like, and what are the caps made of?

These are premium, made-to-order caps across several silhouettes — structured and unstructured, from classic dad hats to corduroy, 5-panel, fisherman beanie, and booney styles. We chose materials and embroidery/print quality you can actually feel, because a hat you’ll return to daily has to hold up. Full materials and specs are listed on each product’s page.

What size are the caps? Will one fit me?

Each cap is one size, with an adjustable back closure (the fisherman beanie is a stretch one-size), so they’re designed to fit most adult heads comfortably. No need to guess a size at checkout.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Every cap is printed to order especially for you, so there are two stages:

Production: 1–5 business days to print and prepare your order.
Delivery (after dispatch): EU 5–20 business days · UK 4–10 · US 3–10 · Canada 5–20 · Australia & New Zealand 7–30.

These are estimates, not guarantees, and can run longer in busy periods and shorter in less busy periods. You’ll get a confirmation email with tracking (where available) when it ships.

How much is shipping? Is there free shipping?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination. Orders over €50 (or the local equivalent) get free standard shipping. We sell in EUR, GBP, USD, CAD, AUD and NZD.

Will I have to pay customs or import duties?

For orders shipped outside the EU, your local customs authority may charge import duties or taxes on delivery. These are the customer’s responsibility and aren’t included in our prices.

What’s your return and refund policy?

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return for any reason - items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (ideally with original packaging). If you’re in the EU/EEA, you also have the statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order; our 30-day policy runs alongside that legal right.

To start a return, email support@helmetofsalvation.store with your order number and the item(s) - we’ll send the return address and instructions (please don’t ship anything back before contacting us). Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item arrived faulty, damaged, or incorrect, in which case we cover it. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving and inspecting the return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

What if my hat arrives damaged, defective, or wrong?

Contact us within 30 days and we’ll make it right with a free replacement or full refund, including any shipping you paid. Just email support@helmetofsalvation.store with your order number and a photo.
