Shipping policy

Made to order
Every cap is printed especially for you, so each order has two stages: production and then delivery.

Production time
Please allow 1–5 business days for us to print and prepare your order before it ships.

Delivery time (after dispatch)
Estimated transit times once your order leaves us:

EU: 5-20 business days
UK: 4-10 business days
US: 3-10 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 7-30 business days
Canada: 5-20 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees, and can vary during busy periods.

Shipping costs & free shipping
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination. Orders over €50 (or the local equivalent) qualify for free standard shipping. We currently sell in EUR, GBP, USD, CAD, AUD and NZD.

Tracking
You'll receive a confirmation email when your order ships, with tracking where available.

Customs & import duties
For orders shipped outside the EU, you may be charged import duties or taxes on delivery by your local customs authority. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices.

Wrong address / failed delivery
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address.

Lost or delayed orders
If your order hasn't arrived within a reasonable time, email support@helmetofsalvation.store and we'll help track it down.
