Welcome to Helmets of Salvation. By using helmetofsalvation.store and placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are
This store is operated by Orestis Andreou. 17 Kerkyras, 2062 Strovolos, Nicosia, Cyprus. Contact: support@helmetofsalvation.store.

2. Products & pricing
All prices are shown in your selected currency (base currency EUR €) and include applicable taxes where required. We make every effort to display products and colours accurately, but slight variations may occur between screens and the printed item. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to limit or refuse orders.

3. Orders & acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation. We may cancel and fully refund an order if an item is unavailable or if we suspect fraud.

4. Made-to-order products
Our caps are printed to order. Please allow for production time before dispatch (see our Shipping Policy).

5. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout via our secure payment providers. You confirm you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

6. Returns
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual property
All designs, artwork, logos, text, and images on this site are owned by us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and disputes are subject to the Cyprus courts. EU consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
