Refund policy

We want you to love your cap. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Your 30-day right to return
You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return for any reason. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and ideally in their original packaging.

EU/EEA right of withdrawal
If you are in the EU/EEA, you also have the statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. The 30-day window above is our own, more generous policy and runs alongside this legal right.

How to start a return
Email us at support@helmetofsalvation.store with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Please don't send items back before contacting us.

Return shipping costs
Return postage is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived faulty, damaged, or incorrect — in which case we cover it. We recommend a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for items lost on their way back to us.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Made-to-order items
Our caps are printed to order especially for you. This does not affect your right to return a standard catalogue item as described above — but it does mean we cannot accept returns for any genuinely personalised/custom item (none are currently offered).

Faulty or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including any shipping you paid.
